St. Mathias Church... this was the work trip that l went on. Luckily they let me spend an extra day looking around the city. Fantastic place, something that l cant wait to take Nic there, particularly in Summer.

Fantastic view from Castle Hill looking over the Danube River and Szechenyi (Chains) Bridge.

Me freezing my cans off. You can always count on a Japanese tourist taking a photo of you when you're travelling alone. About minus 6 degrees here and as you can see, my feet are like ice blocks here.

Szechenyi (Chains) Bridge which links Buda to Pest as these used to be two sperate regions. These bridge goes across the Danube River and takes about a 5-6 minute walk.

The Danube River - Looking might enticing for a dip!

Szechenyi Medicinal Spa's - minus 6 degrees and people have the stupidity to go for a swim!

Vajdahunyad Castle - looks good from the outside, but was pretty ordinary inside. Had a mueseum on agricultural crap that l had no interest in. I've training myself to go to art galleries and mueseums and enjoy them, but when they're about plants... you lose me.

Millenium Square - you probably cant see it, but it is actually snowing quite heavily in this picture. Quite surreal to walking down the street in the middle of the afternoon and trying to dodge snow.

I got taken out by some recruitment agents one night whilst l was over there and they took me to this awesome 'Gypsy Bar'. Although it was in some rough area it was unreal... every Tuesday night all these Gypsy's get together at this bar. They have a mix between Hungarian and Gypsy music whilst drinking shots of Unicum - booze that is like 60% alcohol. Pissed again... hehe. The picture above is with one of the recruitment agents carving it up!

The Gypsy Band that was playing... they were brilliant and everyone was so into it!

Me getting amoungst it... nah, only joking. One of the recruitment agents that took me out. I threw this in to encourage the fella's to get their arse over here!
